Thank you for sharing this. I was beginning to think that you were absolutely perfect in every way. (You're SO put together!) Though, I feel like all of my baking disasters end up tasting gross. I seem to only be able to make really, really dense baked goods. Any suggestions for a solution? I want light and airy without having to buy a box of cake. When you're truly inspired and everything comes out beautiful, everyone is dieting that week. the best part of failed cupcakes though, is that they still taste great and can be crumpled up into trifle. bring on the pudding and whipped cream! better luck on try two. the flops always come when there’s a deadline.
