I'm trying to do a little more this year too. I haven't gotten my bento box in the mail yet *grrrr* but I have been packing my lunch almost every day. The one lame thing is that the only local produce we can get here are potatoes, lettuce and carrots... there's a little bit better variety in the summer, but that's at least a month or two away :( I am looking forward to the Wednesday and Saturday markets now that I actually have Saturday's off! I think I'm going to do my best to get almost all my produce from there this summer :D Yay for being green! I’m trying to do a little more this year too.
