Eat my dust Annie!

I met one of my best friends Annie in the Junior League. She thinks my blog is only interesting if I write about her. Unfortunately, she lives in Minnesota now, soon Hawaii, so I don’t have a whole lot to write about our everyday misadventures with each other. BUT I will say that she and I, even a thousand miles apart, still have to battle not buying the same thing.
When she moved she said, “I’m buying a pink and green cruiser.” I knew she had cruiser envy. I have a pink and green cruiser, and I guess she thought with a little distance, she could copy me!
But she one upped me. She got a pink bike helmet with flowers. It’s the size that a toddler would wear. But a woman with real brains could never fit all her grown up brains in a toddler bike helmet. So, I don’t have one with flowers.
BUT, I do have the coolest bike shoes in school!
My new favorite place to bike is The FarmHouse in Downtown Gilbert. It’s a good treck from South Chandler, but totally worth the effort.
Live in the East Valley? Check out Chandler Airport The Hangar for breakfast too.

She sits on the board of directors for the Junior League of Phoenix and in her free time you will find her baking and working on her empire Cupcake Cabana. Her most private cupcake confession? She doesn't like frosting!
Shoes that match the bike — that’s pretty impressive, but if the shoes wear out and can’t be replaced, does that mean you have to repaint the bike?;)
