Recipe: Napa Cabbage Slaw

Napa Cabbage Slaw

Makes 4 cups
Prep: 10 minutes
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 T lite soy sauce
1 T dark sesame oil
4 cups shredded napa cabbage
1 large carrot shredded
1 red bell pepper, cut into very thin strips
2 T sesame seads, roasted (optional)
