I would have agreed with you last year, but this summer, 2010, Blue bell has changed the recipe. They’ve all but eliminated the pecans, and substituted huge chunks of frozen pineapple. Last summer this ice cream was the best I’ve ever had with small bits of pineapple and lots of pecan pieces, this summer, yuck. I was SO disappointed when I opened the carton to find no pecans.

These cupcakes sound so delicious. I love anything baked with bananas. And then you add the buttery frosting with cinnamon and I’m transported to heaven!

I have a sale coupon for Blue Bell Ice Cream but haven’t used it
because I can’t find any NUTTY CHOCOLATE, my favorite.
I live in Dallas, Texas. Albertsons tells me they never heard of it,
but I have bought it in THEIR STORE many times!

I love curried chicken salad; it’s one of my favorite summer meals on a big, soft bun and with some fries or roasted potatoes on the side! Probably not super healthy, but definitely delicious!

These are beautiful! I’ve never thought to use tea or herbs in this way before, I think I’ll need to give it a go! The lavender infused honey from WS sounds fantastic, as well.
